The essence of a ‘plus two’ is to simply combine The Singleton with equal parts of a fruit juice and an aerated mixer for a total of three equal parts - allowing one to experiment with a variety of flavourful elements.
Ingredients

- 30mL The Singleton (or any single malt of choice)
- 30mL apple juice
- 30mL pear juice
- 30mL soda water
- for garnish Mint sprig
Method
- Step 1
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Step 2
Stir to combine.
- Step 3
Garnish with a mint sprig before serving.
